Due to certain changes in Government Legislation which is changing in April 2009 regarding the Searches that are included within the pack we are unable to quote prices online at present though please contact us so we can give you an exact cost in your area.

Our HIPs start from £139 + VAT- EXCLUDING SEARCHES - As all councils charge different amounts we are unable to give an exact cost online but please call to find out how much the searches will be in your area.

We can accept various different methods of payment:
